Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to deliver the best experience. Below is our standard operating procedure for processing refunds:

A. Refund at the Client's Discretion

• Refund by Company: 100% refund if cancellation request is sent within 1 hour of payment to Info@bizzsure.com. No refunds after 1 hour.
• Non-Refundable Orders: Orders allocated to professionals (CA, CS, lawyers, engineers, consultants) are non-refundable.
• Lack of Response Policy: No response for over 48 hours will be treated as cancellation and not eligible for refund.
• Refund Approval: Subject to approval by consultant. Legal Raasta is not liable for disputes between client and consultant.
• Client Responsibility: By purchasing, you acknowledge your responsibility to provide all necessary documents. Delay beyond 7 days is treated as completion. Remaining fees, if any, must be paid.

B. Refund Due to Service Inability

• No refund if laws or regulations change preventing service delivery.
• If professionals decline work after document submission, we will attempt reassignment within 90 days. Refund possible if no professional accepts the task within that time.
• Delays by regulators/government do not qualify for refund.
• Rejected applications due to client-side issues are not refundable. Re-application requires 60% professional fees and full government/miscellaneous fees.
• Government penalties or actions are the responsibility of the client.
• Clients affirm they are not agents or intermediaries. Breach of platform policy leads to order cancellation with no refund.
• No refund once documents are shared via email or WhatsApp.
• Change of mind, canceled plans, or perceived delays do not qualify for refunds.
